Who Can Request a Donation
We welcome donation requests from registered nonprofit organizations, schools and PTAs, churches and faith-based groups, and community and civic organizations. Whether you're hosting a fundraiser, a raffle, an auction, or a local event that benefits your community, we encourage you to reach out and tell us about your cause.
What We Donate
Every donation request is reviewed individually, and what we're able to provide is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the request, the event, and product availability. Donations may include items such as gift baskets, candy gift boxes, or assortments of our handmade World Famous Pralines®, Chocolate Bear Claws, and other Southern sweets and gift assortments. Because we receive a high volume of requests, we're not able to fulfill every one, but we review each submission with care.
How to Submit a Donation Request
To give our team enough time to review your request and coordinate a donation, please submit your donation request at least 6–8 weeks before your event date using the form below. Be sure to include details about your organization, the event, the date, and how the donation will be used. Submitting early gives your request the best chance of being approved and arriving in time.
Tips for a Complete Request
A complete request helps us respond faster. Please include your organization's name and nonprofit or tax-exempt status if applicable, the name and date of your event, the purpose of the fundraiser or how the donation will be used, and the best contact information to reach you. The more we know about your cause, the better.
